Your photos
You confirm the photos are of your listing or that you have permission to use them, and you keep all rights. You give us permission to edit them only to make your preview.
Disclosure is yours
Every altered photo carries a label and comes with its original and a disclosure sheet. Whether and how you use edited photos in the MLS, ads or elsewhere is your decision, under your MLS's, broker's and state's rules. We don't promise that any photo meets a particular MLS's rules.
What edits do
Virtual staging adds furniture and decor; a sky edit replaces the sky. We never change walls, windows, doors, stairs, floors or fixtures, and we don't remove damage or defects. If you find a structural change in a photo we sent, tell us and we'll fix or remove it.
