Finished Listing, a Fernway Labs product. Updated October 18, 2026.

What we collect

• Your name and email, so we can send your preview.
• The photos you upload, and the edited versions we make.
• Whether you reserved a founding spot, anything you type in our feedback box, your country (from your connection) and your browser type.
• Meta's pixel records page views and uploads so we can measure our ads (Meta's own policies apply to that data).

How we use it

Only to make and send your preview, to email you about the kit if you reserved a spot or asked for a preview (one email when it opens; you can opt out), and to improve our checks. We don't sell your data, don't publish your photos, and don't use them to train AI models.

Who processes it

Cloudflare stores the site and your files. Google's Gemini API makes the edits (its paid service doesn't use your photos to improve its models). Resend sends our emails. Meta measures our ads.

How long we keep it

Free-preview photos and results: 90 days, then deleted. Your email: until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.

Your choices

Ask for a copy or deletion at any time: hello@fernwaylabs.com, or see data deletion.
