What we never do

If a room can't be staged without touching the house, we tell you instead of sending it.

Is it MLS compliant?
Your MLS's rules for altered photos are yours to check, and they differ. We make honest disclosure easy: a label on every altered photo, the label in the file name, your originals, and a disclosure sheet with a line for the photo remarks. Some MLSs don't allow text on photos; tell us and we'll send unlabelled copies with the sheet.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to make your preview. We don't publish them, don't use them to train AI models, and delete them after 90 days. Details in the privacy policy.
Why is it free?
So you can see it on a real listing before the kit opens on Monday, November 16. One free preview per agent per month.
What if a room can't be staged?
We skip it and tell you why, for example visible damage, a room that isn't empty, or an edit that would have touched the house. That's why you can send up to 5 photos for 3 results.
Will buyers feel tricked at the showing?
Staging only adds furniture and decor at the room's real size; walls, windows, floors and views stay as they are. Each staged photo carries a label and comes with its original, so you can show both side by side.
Why is the sky labelled?
Some MLSs, San Diego's for example, count a replaced sky as an altered photo that must be disclosed, so we label it like any other edit.
